Privacy Policy

Contact form. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, selected service (optional), and your message. We also record the date and time, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your IP address itself with your inquiry.

Phone and email. If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, and keeps request logs for a limited time.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits and a small set of interactions: phone link clicks, contact link clicks, contact form starts, and completed or failed inquiries, including the interest category and service selected. Page addresses sent to analytics keep only the interest and service selections. Analytics never receive names, organizations, email addresses, phone numbers, or message text.

The Site does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies.

After you submit the contact form, we set one first-party cookie so the confirmation page can be shown. It contains no personal information and expires after 10 minutes.

• To prevent spam and abuse, including limiting repeated submissions.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.

We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect the rights, safety, or security of our business, our clients, or others.

We use the following service providers to run the Site and respond to inquiries. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. Inquiry emails are delivered to our business mailbox, which is hosted by Microsoft 365.

• Vercel — Hosts this website, processes the request data and logs needed to deliver and secure it, and provides our cookieless Web Analytics. Vercel privacy policy
• Supabase — Database where contact-form inquiries and short-lived anti-spam records are stored. Supabase privacy policy
• Resend — Email delivery service that sends each contact-form inquiry to our business mailbox. It processes the inquiry content and delivery information. Resend privacy policy
• Moxie — Our client management system, used for client records, proposals, invoicing, support requests, and tracking inquiries. Inquiries and related correspondence may be recorded in Moxie. Moxie privacy policy

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain ordinary business records, generally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the inquiry leads to an engagement or the law requires us to keep it longer. Records related to an engagement are kept as the service agreement and applicable law require.

Anti-spam records contain only hashed identifiers and are purged automatically, generally within a day. Hosting logs and analytics data are kept according to Vercel’s retention practices.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. Inquiry records can be read only by our server and authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential system details through the contact form.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites, including our service providers, are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.

We may update this policy when our practices or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
