Understand your infrastructure before deciding what comes next

An assessment establishes what is in place, how it supports the business, and where gaps deserve attention. Bendor Technology scopes the review around your priorities, sites, platforms, available evidence, and the depth of analysis required.

What to expect

We agree on the assessment domains and access requirements, review the available environment and evidence, and discuss findings in the context of business needs. The statement of work defines the outputs, review depth, validation activities, and any separately authorized testing.

What we need from you

Provide a business sponsor, knowledgeable technical contacts, available inventories and diagrams, and authorized access to the agreed systems and sites. Share known issues, critical services, restrictions, and maintenance windows so the review reflects your environment.

Scope and testing

Assessment work does not automatically include remediation, production changes, penetration testing, certification, or recovery execution. Wireless measurements, restore validation, and other testing are included only when agreed. Findings reflect the information and conditions available during the assessment.

Assessment services

Business Context and Infrastructure Discovery

Creates the business and technical baseline for an infrastructure engagement. The service identifies critical business services, ownership boundaries, technology dependencies, documentation gaps, and the requirements that other assessments should measure against.

Facilities, Environment and Physical Protection Assessment

Evaluates the physical spaces that support IT equipment, including environmental conditions, cooling, fire and water exposure, access control, monitoring, available space, and maintainability. Clients receive a clear view of site-level conditions that could threaten infrastructure reliability or growth.

This is an observational assessment, not a licensed engineering, code-compliance, fire, or environmental inspection.

Power, Grounding and Continuity Assessment

Reviews the power path supporting IT services—from utility and circuits through UPS, power distribution, and generators—to determine whether runtime, redundancy, monitoring, maintenance, and recovery procedures meet business needs.

Racks, Cabling and Physical Connectivity Assessment

Assesses racks, cabinets, patching, copper and fiber cabling, labeling, pathways, and physical connectivity for condition, traceability, capacity, and supportability. The service helps clients identify physical-layer risks and plan cleanup, certification, replacement, or expansion work.

Internet, WAN and Carrier Services Assessment

Evaluates Internet and inter-site connectivity, carrier services, routing, failover, capacity, performance history, and provider support arrangements. It identifies bottlenecks, common failure points, contract or inventory gaps, and opportunities to improve connectivity resilience.

LAN, Network Core and Segmentation Assessment

Provides a vendor-neutral review of wired network architecture, switching, routing, segmentation, resiliency, capacity, lifecycle, management, and operating consistency. Use the findings to inform network stabilization, modernization, or investment planning.

Wireless Assessment

Evaluates the wireless environment for architecture, configuration, coverage context, capacity, interference risk, lifecycle, and operational support. The service can range from a platform review to an on-site survey with measurements and heat maps when RF evidence is required.

Compute and Virtualization Assessment

Reviews physical servers, hypervisors, clusters, management platforms, workload placement, capacity, lifecycle, and failure-domain design. Clients receive actionable findings on supportability, resilience, consolidation, and future compute requirements.

Storage, Backup and Data Protection Assessment

Evaluates storage platforms and backup capabilities for capacity, performance, resilience, retention, immutability, protected-workload coverage, and demonstrated recoverability. It connects data-protection practices to the client's recovery and continuity requirements.

Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure Assessment

Assesses cloud tenants, subscriptions, architecture, connectivity, governance, resiliency, lifecycle, operational control, and cost visibility. It is designed for organizations that need a defensible current-state baseline before modernization, rationalization, or cloud investment decisions.

Identity and Core Infrastructure Services Assessment

Reviews directory, identity, DNS, DHCP, time, certificate, and other foundational services whose availability and integrity support nearly every application and infrastructure platform. The service identifies health, lifecycle, redundancy, recovery, and ownership gaps.

Endpoints, Collaboration and Application Delivery Assessment

Evaluates the platforms and dependencies used to deliver applications, desktops, collaboration tools, and working user experiences. It covers endpoint management, lifecycle, VDI or RDS, SaaS administration, and representative application-delivery paths without becoming a source-code assessment.

Monitoring, Management and Operational Tooling Assessment

Determines whether infrastructure teams have adequate monitoring, alerting, configuration, patching, logging, automation, ticketing, and management coverage. The service exposes blind spots, tool overlap, stale coverage, alert noise, and operational-control risks.

Resilience, Recovery and Service Continuity Assessment

Maps critical services from business use through facilities, providers, technology, vendors, and people to determine whether recovery expectations are achievable. It identifies common failure modes, untested assumptions, sequencing problems, and the highest-value recovery exercises.

Recovery findings are based on documentation and evidence unless validation is expressly included; recovery times and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Lifecycle, Documentation and Service Governance Assessment

Evaluates whether infrastructure is consistently owned, documented, supported, governed, and refreshed. It examines standards, lifecycle exposure, contracts, change and incident practices, capacity planning, documentation stewardship, and the roadmap needed to sustain the environment.
