Build the service around the environment
The service agreement identifies covered systems and users, the activities included, support hours, response and escalation arrangements, maintenance windows, reporting, and responsibilities. We also identify the access, licenses, vendor support, documentation, and approvals needed for delivery.
Service modules
Service Desk and User Support
Provides the primary user-facing channel for technology incidents and requests, combining intake, remote troubleshooting, fulfillment, communication, escalation, knowledge, and recurring service reporting for the users, devices, applications, locations, and hours selected by the client.
Endpoint Management
Maintains the operational health, consistency, security baseline, and supportability of covered workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and shared endpoints through enrollment, policy administration, monitoring, maintenance, lifecycle actions, and coordinated support.
Server, Compute and Virtualization Management and Monitoring
Operates and monitors covered physical servers, virtual machines, hypervisors, clusters, hosts, operating systems, hardware-management interfaces, and management planes using documented authority, maintenance practices, and escalation procedures.
Networking Infrastructure Management and Monitoring
Operates and monitors covered LAN, WAN, Internet-edge, switching, routing, wireless, addressing, circuit, and management platforms, including routine changes, outage triage, configuration control, capacity observation, and vendor coordination.
Security Infrastructure Management and Monitoring
Administers and monitors selected firewalls, secure gateways, VPN, email/web security, endpoint-security management, network detection, logging, and other listed technical control platforms, distinct from full SOC or MDR services.
Identity Administration
Operates covered directories and identity providers and performs authorized identity lifecycle, group, authentication, MFA, federation, synchronization, service-account, privileged-access, and routine directory administration.
Application Access Administration
Provides repeatable and auditable provisioning, modification, review, and removal of access to named business applications, including approved roles, groups, licenses, workspaces, queues, profiles, and exception handling.
Backup, Recovery and Data Protection
Operates selected backup services, monitors protection and repositories, investigates failures, performs authorized routine remediation and restores, reconciles coverage, and produces evidence of recovery testing at the agreed depth.
Security Operations Coordination
Coordinates supported security-event intake, triage, communications, authorized containment or recovery actions, evidence references, and escalation among the client, selected managed modules, insurers, vendors, and specialist providers.
Environmental Monitoring
Monitors supported UPS, power, cooling, environmental, access, and facility conditions affecting technology availability; triages alerts and coordinates response with client facilities personnel and qualified third parties.
Asset Replacement and Lifecycle Management
Maintains lifecycle visibility for covered technology assets and coordinates replacement planning, approvals, quotations, procurement handoff, deployment transition, reassignment, retirement, and disposition evidence.
Carrier Management
Maintains operational control of listed Internet, WAN, voice, cellular, and other connectivity services and coordinates carrier cases, outages, diagnostics, dispatch, maintenance, changes, renewals, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
Patch Management
Provides governed recurring assessment, approval, staged deployment, restart coordination, validation, exception management, rollback, and reporting for supported operating-system, application, firmware, driver, appliance, and platform updates.
Storage Management and Monitoring
Operates and monitors covered SAN, NAS, direct, object, cloud, and hyperconverged storage platforms, including health, capacity, performance, paths, replication, snapshots, routine provisioning, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
