Move from assessed requirements to implemented infrastructure

Plan and deliver a new site, a new business environment, an upgrade, or selected infrastructure changes through a defined assessment, design, and implementation sequence.

IT Infrastructure Design

A completed assessment covering the requested design scope is required before design work begins. We review the assessment and your requirements, then assign the appropriate architects and supporting specialists. The Architecture Design documents the agreed target state, requirements, design decisions, dependencies, and assumptions. Diagrams, roadmaps, specifications, and transition recommendations are included where agreed.

For a new site or company, the assessment establishes business requirements, planned facilities, constraints, and dependencies even where infrastructure does not yet exist. Design scope, review rounds, acceptance criteria, effort, fees, and schedule are agreed before work begins.

IT Implementation Services

Implementation begins with a completed, client-approved Architecture Design covering the selected work. We review the design and site readiness, plan the delivery sequence and authorized changes, and assign the engineering and coordination resources needed. Delivery includes agreed installation and configuration, validation against acceptance criteria, and operational handoff.

Outputs include as-built documentation, test results, and known issues with owners and next steps. Migration, cutover, training, hardware, licenses, procurement, facilities work, and post-go-live support are included only when expressly scoped. Disruptive changes require agreed windows, recovery planning, and go/no-go approval.
